Who we are
In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PA Group UK Limited with company number 6257126 and registered office at Spring Lodge, 172 Chester Road, Helsby, Cheshire, WA6 0AR.
We are a subsidiary company within the RSK Group, the parent company of which is RSK Group Limited. The RSK Group which is made up of different legal entities, details of which can be found on our Legal Structure available on www.rskgroup.com. Where another RSK Group company collects personal data from you, their privacy policy shall apply.
Data is collected, processed and stored by us and we are known as the data controller of the information that you provide to us. We handle and store your information in line with UK data protection laws.

The data we collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Data retention. How long will you use my personal data for?

By law we have to keep basic information about our clients (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being clients for tax purposes.
In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
